Not being from Cleveland, we were very glad we found this dealership. When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted. “George” asked if he could help us or if someone was already helping us. No dealership. When we walked into the dealership we were warmly greeted. “George” asked if he could help us or if someone was already helping us. No one was, George became “our guy”. We saw a Kia Sportage which my daughter thought was “the car for her”. After test driving a few cars and not getting the “this is it”, George thought outside the box and brought a car around for my daughter to try. After looking, driving, negotiating, he found the perfect car for my daughter!!! A 2019 Chevrolet Trax AWD was it. My daughter was excited and felt “this is it!!!”. Her first car at 23, she and I were more than happy. From entering the doors, dealing with salesman George, sales manager John and their finance man Jeremy (who really lightened the stress and made us crack up!), we definitely would come back to this dealership for our next purchase. We would highly recommend Kia Spitzer for your next vehicle search. They are the dealer you need. More
