Jim Crail, and Jeremy, the finance manager went over and beyond what a Dealing with Spitzer Kia was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Jim Crail, and Jeremy, the finance manager went over and beyond what any other dealership would do. We weren't in the best financial spot, but I had to turn a lease from another dealership. We just happened to stop in to see what was available, with our situation. I will tell you, Jim and Jeremy worked diligently to find us a great car which we could afford. Unfortunately, that was short lived. Bought on Saturday, it was totaled on Monday. UGH!!! I thank God that Jeremy was so insistent that I buy the Gap insurance. I balked, but he won. He saved me from disaster!! Now we were back at square 1. Jeremy handled all the paperwork between the bank, and insurance companies. It took a week to settle all the paperwork, and then they put us in another great car. I have to say, Jim Crail and Jeremy worked really hard on this deal! I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. More

George was awesome! I came in there not knowing what to expect and George was there to greet me. He sat me down and introduced two different cars to me. After driving bot I came in there not knowing what to expect and George was there to greet me. He sat me down and introduced two different cars to me. After driving both of them I made up my mind on one of them. The next day he told me it was sold after I left! The other one I was interested in he said was also sold. So by now I was very upset with my experience with this place but I give big xxxxxxto George for never giving up on me because eventually he got me into a NEWER car then originally showed. To top it off he got my payments lower to and a newer car. At the end off about four days he got me into my new car and I’m so excited thank you George Woods. You are the man!!!! More

Good overall A no-nonsense dealership, where the price is set firmly. Friendly and helpful staff, did majority of requests that I had, with a few notable flaws: A no-nonsense dealership, where the price is set firmly. Friendly and helpful staff, did majority of requests that I had, with a few notable flaws: 1) My car, while "Certified Pre-Owned", was not very clean at time of delivery. 2) No owners manual was given with the vehicle. 3) Tires were not properly inflated at time of delivery. Issues 1 and 2 are currently being rectified. More
