Before I knew it I was driving off in a new 2018 Kia Sportage. The transition from old lease to new was pain free and flawless! They were able to put me in the EXACT Sportage I was looking for. Rims, sunroof, cooled/heated seats, my HEATED STEERING WHEEL (once you drive with a heated steering wheel you don't want to go back), and that sweet black cherry paint job. Wonderful job guys. Speaking of which, the Spitzer Kia staff was AMAZING. I don't think there's enough positive adjectives to describe Michelle and Kiyyah (I think I spelled it right), the two lovely young ladies who assisted me. I met Michelle a few months ago while getting an oil change and she remembered me from then. She greeted me by name. That was impressive. The finance curator Jeremy had me in and out literally in minutes. As a matter of fact it took longer to detail the car than it did from price agreement to driving off. Excellent Excellent job. He sat me down and we went over what i was looking for, then he pulled up my new hyundai Elantra! As soon as i test drove it i knew it was the one!
