I chose Spitzer because of their ties to the NE Ohio area. I was pleasantly surprised at not only at the level of courtesy and professionalism by everyone, but the understanding and consideration taken into account with my primary concerns and items of importance. Whether you choose to purchase a vehicle from Spitzer Kia or not, I recommend you visit the fine people there and at least give them the opportunity to exceed your expectations....as they did mine. Mixed emotions Mostly, the sales women were friendly ,personable and helpful; however, because it was near closing time and the deal was made shortly before, I felt Mostly, the sales women were friendly ,personable and helpful; however, because it was near closing time and the deal was made shortly before, I felt rushed through the buying/signing process without having had time to really think about certain things. I'm pretty sure i got screwed on the mileage allowance for the lease term. Avg mile allowance for anything regarding vehicles is 12,000-15,000 miles a year and I got 10,000. Ridiculous. Wasn't told that until after signing during recap of sale. Wasn't happy about it, and I'm certain that it's typical dealership managers' antics. They're ruthless! The service department is excellent. More
