I met with Mercedes and she was amazing! She met me at the door, helped me with my kids. She took the time to ask about my concerns and why I wanted to seek other options. After telling her what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for my lease, she was able to get me a better car at the right price. They also gave me the price I was seeking for my trade which was great. The entire team I worked with after that were amazing and talked me through every step! They were all truly honest and up front and didn't give me the run around! I highly recommend Spitzer Kia, the entire staff truly was/is amazing and I am so happy to have leased through them. More
