The customer service is always top tier. I was looking for my person who always helps me Mike Mansour but he wasn’t there yet. That’s when I met Yunes Assad. Yunes was so professional and so I was looking for my person who always helps me Mike Mansour but he wasn’t there yet. That’s when I met Yunes Assad. Yunes was so professional and so kind also he was very knowledgeable to assist me with my trade. I am thankful that he was able to assist me the customer service was excellent! What brought us in was my tire on my K5. The service and speed from Youseff Albeik was amazing. I’ve never been serviced that quickly. Amazing! While I was waiting to finish out, my original rep Mike Mansour showed up and made sure my sister and I was taken care of. When I asked questions about the mileage difference between the K5 and the Seltos, he was able to help me make the better decision. He also made fresh popcorn for everyone he waiting in the lobby and it was much appreciated. The young man from finance was also very helpful, I believe his initials are JZ. He was kind and funny which was very needed. Also the manager at the front desk with the cool eyebrows was so calm and really greeted and assisted everyone even if they already had a rep with them. I’m super grateful for the service I received and I look forward to bring my sister back in a few weeks. More
