Multiple phone calls and emails sent to ask about my registration, no response to anything, now driving on expired tags a month later. Worst service I ever had at a kia dealership. I left without a car for a week, never once did I hear the word "sorry" come out of anyone's mouth, never was I offered a loaner. My calls were not returned and I was calling to get updates and bounce from one phone to another one. I was on hold on one call and recording told me I was the next caller and when the music loop was over, the recording told me I was third. I rode a bike to work for the week 12 miles round trip. When I final got the car, after the wrong parts were sent, Twice. The girl behind the counter told me, "We quoted you this but this is what you're paying. Money was taken off the bill. Sorry, too little, too late. I will be warning all my friends and neighbors and spreading the word on social media to avoid your dealership at all cost. More
