I have been in automotive sales since 2003 and have been with Kia for over 15 years. My father retired from the U.S. Army so while he was still enlisted he instilled in me hard work and respect for others. I carry this with me in everything I do. I relocated to Florida in 2012 from the Fort Knox, Ky area. I am married and have 3 wonderful kids that makes life crazy sometimes but wouldn't change that for the world. When I'm not working I try to enjoy the great Florida weather and keep up with my college team the University of Louisville.. GO CARDS....!!!

I just bought my car from you in May. I scheduled an appointment for the fuel item recall. My appointment was for 8 a.m. I got there about 7:45 a.m. and spoke with Juan Aviles. He said it would be ab appointment for the fuel item recall. My appointment was for 8 a.m. I got there about 7:45 a.m. and spoke with Juan Aviles. He said it would be about an hour. 8:30 a.m. I noticed my car had not moved. I went and asked him about it. He told me because of the power surge that it took 15 minutes for system to generate paperwork. He said no work could be done without the paperwork. I also had asked for a courtesy car wash. He assured me it would be soon. About 9:05 a.m., Juan came and told me my car was ready. He walked me to my car and I noticed it was not washed. I mentioned that to him. He said he figured I was in a hurry and didn't wash it. I asked for it to be washed and he said it would be a little longer. Both interactions with him up to this point were less than satisfactory. He didn't smile, nor greet me when I walked in the office. He acted like I was disturbing him. I told him it was my first time coming to the service area and I had just bought the car from you. Lots of opportunity for him to be cheerful and thank me for coming and maybe educate me on the service department......NOTHING! If that was me, I would have smiled at the client and welcomed them to the Lokey family and proceeded to educate them on what we do. NOTHING! The only favorable part of this experience, was a lady I went up to at her desk. I told her when I bought the car, they didn't have .59 cents that they owed to me. They said a check would be sent to me. I understand that .59 cents is not a lot of money. However, I thought if you guys do this all the time, it adds up to a lot of $$ in your pocket. It was the principle of getting my money back. She was very kind. Stepped away for a few minutes and came back and handed me .59 cents! That is why you got 2 stars. I would not recommend your service department nor your sales department. Your sales manager doesn't return calls. And Jermaine.....what a bunch of garbage he spews! He tells you he is not just about the sale and that he is there for service questions afterwards. WHAT A LIE! I had problems with information on the car and service questions. He never responded to my texts nor calls. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO HIM!!! I used Friendly Kia in the past and now I know why they carry that name. I am extremely disappointed in the way I have been treated so far. I don't imagine this will go anywhere nor any manager of the dealership call. After all, I am just a number and no one up to this point has shown any consideration nor respect for my or my business. More

I wasn’t happy At first I show the people at the service I wasn’t happy At first I show the people at the service office a broken key ( the blade only was broken ) the guy asked me how much mileage I told I wasn’t happy At first I show the people at the service office a broken key ( the blade only was broken ) the guy asked me how much mileage I told him 42 k And year 19 he said ok it is covered And as I am waiting in the waiting area a girl showed up her name is JUSTINA she was very very rude and yelled at me and asked who told you it is covered I told her it’s your colleague at the front office go ask him then she went and came back and said no he is wrong it is not covered In a way I didn’t like it Also after my car service was done she handed me the keys in a rude way she meant not to walk me to my car I’m waiting for ur response guys otherwise I’m coming in person to see who runs that location I’m really pissed off More

My vehicle purchased from Lokey Nissan was totaled in an accident a few week after I bought it. Sales Associate Jermaine Nelson and Finance Manager Pernell Harrigin at Lokey Kia were extremely helpful in he accident a few week after I bought it. Sales Associate Jermaine Nelson and Finance Manager Pernell Harrigin at Lokey Kia were extremely helpful in helping me find a replacement vehicle. They even honored the service contract that was purchased for the car that was totaled when they technically didn't have to. It was refreshing to deal with compassionate professionals who weren't looking to capitalize on my misfortune. I would recommend the Lokey family of dealerships to all my friends and family. More
