I have been in automotive sales since 2003 and have been with Kia for over 15 years. My father retired from the U.S. Army so while he was still enlisted he instilled in me hard work and respect for others. I carry this with me in everything I do. I relocated to Florida in 2012 from the Fort Knox, Ky area. I am married and have 3 wonderful kids that makes life crazy sometimes but wouldn't change that for the world. When I'm not working I try to enjoy the great Florida weather and keep up with my college team the University of Louisville.. GO CARDS....!!!

I waited to long for this service not to get a follow up from service tech. I has to check on my car after 3 hours. I was told it was going to take " some time". I have been a KIA customer for 8 years, an from service tech. I has to check on my car after 3 hours. I was told it was going to take " some time". I have been a KIA customer for 8 years, and have had 4 different vehicles. This by far was the worse experience I've ever had. All I needed was a tire repair. I was there for 3.5 hours. More

I purchased a brand new vehicle in Sept. and there is already a recall on it. The last few times I called I have had to call back at least 3 times because I keep getting hung up on. The last call went through and I waited for 45 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I have also texted my salesperson and never received a response. I am very disappointed with tge poor customer service response. More
