Horrible dealership. I’ve had issues previously with Steven in the service department with repairs that left me without my car for 3 months. I decided to move past those issues when I was in the market to buy a new car. JD took good care of me when I was buying the car, but unfortunately that was flawed after paperwork was signed. He went back on his word on a free oil change for my car being above budget and then insinuated that I was “less of an adult” after reaching out to inquire about my battery being dead after only having the car just over 60 days. Don’t waste your time at this dealership hoping to have a good experience in any department. More

ALM Kia South could be an amazing dealership, but unfortunately they lack leadership and training. The sales team are nice and professional but they still conduct themselves as a traditional dealersh unfortunately they lack leadership and training. The sales team are nice and professional but they still conduct themselves as a traditional dealership using the same tricks to add onto the sale of your vehicle. They hide thousands of dollars in added costs in unnecessary warranties and service contracts on top of the standard dealer fees. This is to offset most of the low prices they advertise to the public. In the end, if you do not insist that you want them to remove the additional costs, you will be going out the door at the same price as you would at any other dealership. For my personal experience, this dealership sold me a vehicle that they claim is new and that I was the first owner. However, they still can't tell me why the vehicle is listed in the Kia database and Kia Connect App accounts in California and Texas. I live in Georgia. The electrify america code that is specific to my vehicle was also already claimed and used. After a month of owning the vehicle, multiple warning lights came on the dashboard. I took the vehicle in for service three times for the same issue. First time they turned me away because they said that there is only 2 technicians trained on electric vehicles. Second time they held it for a few days and told me to pick it up only to find that they the warning lights were still on and they did nothing about it. They kept it a third time for almost 2 weeks until I called to get my car back or a loaner vehicle. They said that they only have a few loaner cars at the dealership and that the wait list is 30 people deep. They always use the excuse "we are waiting on Kia" either to authorize a repair or a part. It seems to just be a script that they learn as a part of their training because I overheard the same thing said to multiple callers while I was waiting in their office. So, they tell me that they are waiting on a new radar part and for Kia to authorize the repair. They also tried to charge me a diagnostic fee for the warning lights that is obviously covered under the manufacturer warranty. So my car is still not fixed and the service department has turned off their phones. The only way to contact them is if you have the personal number to a service rep or go there in person. Kia customer care cannot even contact the service manager. So, in conclusion, the sales team is fine (just watch out for excess fees), the after sales support and service center is laughably bad. No one cares after you purchased the vehicle. If you get a great deal from them and your car operates fine, then you will love this dealership. If you run into any issues with the car, you will regret everything. More
