Drive In Service Chapman Ford Lancaster offers two drive in service lanes. I drove in without an appointment and they promptly serviced my car while I waited. I received a text to let me know the progress of the service. The staff are courteous and the waiting area is very nice with free coffee, TV, restrooms, and reading material. This is a very nice facility and I recommend using this service center. More

Recovery The service men took good care of me and the shuttle guy was awesome. Calling to make the appointment was a run around. I had to call 3 times because The service men took good care of me and the shuttle guy was awesome. Calling to make the appointment was a run around. I had to call 3 times because Beth had me on hold for a very long time. The day my appointment was suppose to be, the lady Beth never put me in the schedule. But the one gentleman ( I don't remember his name), never made a big deal about. My car got an oil change, tires rotated, etc. Thank you More
