Quick and thorough I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but they took me in right away. I added a couple minor items to my service list while I was checking I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but they took me in right away. I added a couple minor items to my service list while I was checking in with Jerry and he said "no problem". Was actually surprised at how quickly my car was ready in spite of the additions. I have worked with both Jerry Deshong and Mike Tufano during this time and both of them have been awesome. Jerry and Mike stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date throughout the process. The experience at the Service Department was once again simply terrific. JERRY the service advisor, was great. Lined me up with a loaner, kept me informed of the progress with the repairs.
