Welcoming and professional I visited Subaru of Jacksonville with the intent of buying a new Outback. Jerry and his team made it an easy decision for me. He was professional and I visited Subaru of Jacksonville with the intent of buying a new Outback. Jerry and his team made it an easy decision for me. He was professional and knowledgeable and served as a great no hassle salesman. Even though the style I wanted was not in stock he was able to get one to me within just a week. SoJ was honest and upright, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good price and a welcoming experience. More

My satisfaction with Josh Strickland On my first visit to SOJ, I met Josh Strickland and he showed me the Outback and Forster models.and went over the options of each model. I told him that I would be back. On my second visit I told him that I would like to see a Outback with a Ice Silver Metallic finish and WIL upholstery and he told me that this color only came with a black upholstery. He showed me a Venetian Red Pearl model with backup camera and EyeSight Driver-assist system and WIL upholstery. I looked over this model and liked it. He offered me a test drive and Jerry took me for a test drive. I told Josh that I would like to see what the price with the trade of my 06 Srx would be, they gave me the figures. I told Josh that I would come back with my wife. On my third visit with my wife, we looked at the selected model and she liked it, I told the salesman that we wanted the car and I would call Josh the next morning, I called Josh and told him that i wanted the car and I put a $1000.00 deposit on the car. The next day my wife and I returned and signed the paper work to buy the car. More

100% Satisfaction My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace a truck we did not need anymore. After doing our research and deciding on what we wanted My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle to replace a truck we did not need anymore. After doing our research and deciding on what we wanted we hit the dealerships. We ran into dealers that when called said they had a specific model we wanted only to find out they did not have what we wanted when we arrived or dealerships that wanted all our personal information before they would even talk to us about their on site stock. At Subaru of Jacksonville, Jacksonville FL we were welcomed when we arrived and asked by the salesman if he could help. We told him what we were looking for and he got the model we were interested in for a test drive. After the drive we returned to the showroom where we negotiated the price my wife and I are happy with and apparently the dealership is happy with. All this without the usual pressure to buy that is at most dealerships. Subaru of Jacksonville seemed to be more interested in my wife and I being satisfied with our selection and cost then with just selling another car. More

Buying our BRZ! We purchased our second Subaru, a BRZ, from Jerry Johnson at Subaru of Jacksonville and have been very happy with both of our new cars. After several visits, we made our decision and called Jerry. He volunteered to schedule the appointment on his “day off’ to meet our time schedule. Jerry is pleasant, friendly and works well with customers. Since Subaru of Jacksonville had just sold the last BRZ on their lot, Jerry drove down to a southern dealer, picked up the car, and had it ready within two days!! Purchasing additional accessories, Jerry offered to make the Service Department appointment that was available the next day. When we arrived that next day, Jerry had the loaner car ready for our convenience and called us when they completed the work. Jerry made the car purchasing process fast, efficient and less stressful! When it is time to make another trade, Subaru of Jacksonville and Jerry Johnson will be our first choice. More

Great Customer Service and Military Appreciation My husband and I just purchased a new Subaru from Subaru of Jacksonville and we were very grateful to have such a hard-working and accommodating custo My husband and I just purchased a new Subaru from Subaru of Jacksonville and we were very grateful to have such a hard-working and accommodating customer service, sales and finance team. My husband, who is in the Navy, was home for less than 3 weeks before deploying again, and he had a very tight schedule on the week days and weekends due to his responsibilities preparing for his upcoming deployment. On several occasions staff at Subaru of Jacksonville stayed late for us and went the extra mile in helping us choose, order and receive our new car, with a great military appreciation deal, in time for the whole transaction to be complete before my husband was back underway. I would recommend this dealership to any Subaru-lovers, especially if you happen to be affiliated with the military. More

I was helped on the phone by Josh who was very friendly and verified the vehicle I was looking for. After making the 2 hour drive from Georgia I was immediately greeted by Josh and he had the vehicle brought up for me to look at. Josh then introduced me to Jerry whom took care of me. Took the car for a test drive and when we got back Jerry was very friendly and honest while negotiating the sale of the vehicle. As this was my first dealer experience buying a car Josh and Jerry made this process very easy and relaxing for me. Great customer service and I will be sure to refer anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Best Dealer Experience I've Ever Had. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door by Jerry. I explained my reason for my visit and he was quick to accommodate me. He had another wonderful salesperson, Jerry, take care of my first test drives while he was with another customer, then helped me as I tried to decide about vehicles. Frank's knowledge and enthusiasm about Subarus/ inventory was so helpful, as was his patience and ability to help me determine the best vehicle for me!
