An internet price quote and a few phone calls later I struck a deal and was willing to drive the six hours to complete it. Jerry Johnson was great to deal with and had everything ready to go when we arrived in order to minimize our time 'on the ground' The paperwork process took less than 10 minutes. Anita was knowledgeable and friendly and also sensitive to our time constraints. Never any high pressure. A very reasonable price. Everyone is friendly and professional. I would drive back again to get another car! More

We were able to complete the transaction and send me on my way in my new car within 3 hours! He introduced me to Robert in the service dept who was also very nice. When they say welcome to the family, I truly felt at home. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and helpful. What a great team to see in action! I wish all my purchasing experiences were this good! I never felt pressured or like I was even at a car dealership trying to make a purchase. The atmosphere was calm and collective the entire time. It took me about 8 weeks to come to my decision to purchase a Subaru. During this period I was only contacted twice by my sales person to see how things were going and if there was anything they could help me with. Again it was never about the sale itself when we spoke on the phone, it was like talking to a friend or acquaintance. I am very satisfied with not only my purchase but also the customer service I received. Unfortunately I did not receive the same customer service from the 4 other dealerships along my car purchase journey. More

We've purchased many cars in the past, and the dealerships like this give me faith that not every one of them is "out to get you." Jerry is patient, informative, GREAT with communication and follow up, and was able to find a 2015 WRX to our exact specifications. He was up front about pricing without any time consuming back and forth, and we were able to work out a deal over the phone before I even step foot in their showroom. We also received a great offer for our trade! Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Subaru of Jacksonville. We've dealt with both of the Subaru dealers here in Jacksonville, and the guys over on Atlantic are a night and day difference with customer service AND price. Thanks for a great deal and car! More
