Jerry Johnson and helped me get a good deal on the vehicle. Next, Anita made the paperwork process painless. Finally, Jerry told me all the little things about the vehicle that would have been difficult to figure out by reading the manual. He even synchronized my phone and my girlfriend's phone to the vehicle. When I received the vehicle it was sparkling clean inside and out. And had a full tank of gas. The entire process from the time I walked in until I drive my new vehicle out took less than 3 hours. It could have taken even less time, but I was grateful to spend the extra time with Jerry so he could show me all the little intricacies about the vehicle. I would recommend Subaru of JAX to my friends without hesitation. More

As Jerry approached us, we braced ourselves for the pushy "car salesmen" treatment we had been receiving elsewhere. Turns out that's how you've got to act when selling anything other than a Subaru. Jerry was knowledgeable, easy going and relaxed; he answered questions we didn't know we had. And when it came time to make our purchase, he was extremely patient as we changed our minds, and then changed them again. Financing was actually fun; Anita is a blast and super helpful. At the end of the day, we drove off in the car of my dreams and huge smiles on our faces because the experience was amazing. More

Subaru of Jacksonville, Inc. 10800 Atlantic Boulevard Jacksonville, Florida 32225 Greetings, On the day before my 75th birthday, along with my brother, I drove to Sabaru of Jacksonville to try and find a vehicle I couldn't seem to find anywhere else! I waited for almost a year to find the exact one that fit my needs. I walked into the showroom and was not “assaulted” by numerous sales representatives. I met Erin and explained to her what I was looking for and she in turn introduced me to salesman Jerry Johnson. After chatting for a bit, we realized we had something in common as we are both retired from the United States Navy as Master Chief’s. I was a Master Chief Boatswain Mate and he was a Master Chief Stew Burner (cook). Jerry Johnson showed me the exact vehicle I had been looking for. We “haggled” a bit and then I was introduced to Danny—you know, the “guy in the back that salespeople have to go to in order to try and get the buyer a better deal”. We finally came up with a mutual price that we were all satisfied with. Before I took it off the lot, they wanted to detail it. My brother and I went and took care of a few errands and upon our return, my dream vehicle was cleaned, had Armor All on the tires and gas in it! Anita had all the paperwork ready, took my payment and I was on my way. I left for a return trip to Lake City, Florida with a new vehicle which was exactly what I had been looking for so long) and a new friend in Jerry Johnson.
