Mad as xxxx I was at Your service department bring my SUV in for a recall. They took care of the recall, as I was driving home home my hood of my suv was shaking I was at Your service department bring my SUV in for a recall. They took care of the recall, as I was driving home home my hood of my suv was shaking and I pulled over to see what was going on and my hood was piped open. If I had kept driving the hoo would have flew open. I called Family Hyundai and spoke with the Service manager Mike which is a jerk. Il always bring my SUV to Family Hyundai and he in so many word said that they did not lift the hood that maybe I did it. I had just left the shop why would I raise the hood. I was mad and felt like he was calling me a liar. I did not appreciate what he said being he was not the one to work on my car. One of the workers could have bumped the hood latch. I have never given a bad rating but this incidence just got to me. More

Just Right for me! I got a warm welcome when I walked into the dealership. I was introduced to the person I had spoken with on the phone and turned over to my salesman I got a warm welcome when I walked into the dealership. I was introduced to the person I had spoken with on the phone and turned over to my salesman who is very knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership I met were very friendly down to earth, not over doing it. All good except for It was really great working with our salesman, Jerry Lacy, as well as the young lady (cannot remember her name) who walked us through the features of It was really great working with our salesman, Jerry Lacy, as well as the young lady (cannot remember her name) who walked us through the features of our new Santa Fe. However the tactic of hitting us with the various protection programs, tires, dents, etc., while completing the final paperwork was aggravating to the utmost. A suggestion... have the salesman introduce the protection programs to your customer by giving an overview and asking if they would be interested in hearing more about them. If interested then have the reps for the protection plans sit down with your customers. While the gentlemen representing the programs were kind still I felt there was an over bearance by both, clearly a requirement of the job. The frustration and aggravation I felt made me walk away from all three options. Loved our salesman! More
