Erik the assistant service manager had all the issues checked and evaluated in a timely manner, and was very thoughtful by providing a new loaner vehicle free of charge for my son to drive while his vehicle was being serviced. When the vehicle was repaired Erik gave us a great deal on the parts and service with one of the 4 tires free.
