I worked with Kristin and the Novak team this week for my first car purchase and couldn’t be more grateful for them. The car buying process was so easy and they even took care of everything with DMV so I did first car purchase and couldn’t be more grateful for them. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold on extra products or services and they took no as an answer if I didn’t want something, which is a big plus for me. No pressure dealership. No extra fees. Negotiate a price for the vehicle and your trade if you have one then add DMV fees, tax and inspection and that's it, done. Gerry w No extra fees. I looked at what I wanted then looked around elsewhere for a little bit then saw the price was reduced and then decided to get my low mileage used 2021 Ram 1500. I paid a fair price and was happy with my trade in price. I would recommend to a friend. Most of their vehicles are clean low mile lease returns. More
