I was committed to buying a BMW, I knew the model and year I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. I met with several BMW dealers looking for the best deal. I called Ganley BMW and worked with Jerry Ma year I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. I met with several BMW dealers looking for the best deal. I called Ganley BMW and worked with Jerry Mancini. Over the course of a couple phone calls over a 2-3 hour period we reached a deal on a Certified BMW. I found Jerry to be very knowledgable of the BMW product and flexible in the negotiation process. Although, I had not seen or driven the vehicle, I was comfortable agreeing to purchase due to the comfort level I experienced with Jerry. The negotiation process was hassle free, and I felt no pressure from Jerry. When I arrived at the dealreship, the other employees were friendly, introducing themselves and ensuring I was attended to in a timely manner. This was important as I had been to other dealerships where my experience was quite different. When you are paying a lot for a car you expect employee respect and high quality service. I got exactly that at Ganley BMW. I appreciated that Fred Palmer introduced himself and took my wife and I directly to the car which was perfectly detailed and ready to go. Mike Hill very effeciently walked me through the paper signing process explaining the warranty and other service programs available. Then Jerry walked me through all the controls/options in the car demonstrating how each worked. It sounds basic but there are so many things you can do with a car today -from the radio programming, to setting the Bluetooth for your phone. to understanding the navigation system. I recommend Ganley BMW to all potential BMW buyers. More

I recently purchased a 2010 CPO 528i xDrive from Ganley BMW and their customer service is truly top notch. After about 3 months of shopping for CPO BMW in locations closer to my residence (VA, MD, PA, NJ BMW and their customer service is truly top notch. After about 3 months of shopping for CPO BMW in locations closer to my residence (VA, MD, PA, NJ, NY, and CT), I walked away from a number of other dealerships completely unsatisfied due to behavior which included high pressure tactics, arrogance, lack of empathy, and absurd pricing. Ganley BMW sets a customer service bar for others to follow; it made my flight to Ohio followed by a 5.5 hour return drive to Northern VA worth it. Being from Northern VA, I was anxious about purchasing a car I’ve never seen before and had to rely on the client advisor (Jerry Mancini) to be my set of eyes and assist with the paperwork. Jerry is an exceptional sales representative and is a true role model for other sales advisors to follow. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, responsive, kind, and respectful, paid attention to the details, and went the extra mile to make this one of the best car transactions I ever experienced. Jerry spent a lot of time ensuring I had all of the paperwork to alleviate my fairs of buying a car unseen out of state, educating me on the cars features during delivery, and following up post delivery to ensure the car and experience is still great. Hey BMW of North America- You need to train the rest of your client advisors to be as exceptional as Jerry. I recommend Ganley as the best BMW dealership I have ever dealt with. Definitely check them out if in the market for a car as you will not be disappointed. The vehicle I purchased was new as a used vehicle can get…. almost in out-of-the-factory condition. It looked like they just drove it off the showroom floor! More

This year I leased my 4th car in 7 years from Ganley BMW. I always deal with Jerry Mancini because there is never any uncomfortable price haggling or pressure like with other dealers. This is my third vehicle I purchased from Jerry Mancini from Ganley BMW. Whenever i stop by he always finds time to talk with me and remembers my name and things about me. He is very personable and upfront from Ganley BMW. Whenever i stop by he always finds time to talk with me and remembers my name and things about me. When you are spending a large amount of money on car, you want the person behind the desk to be honest and open to your questions and willing to give the best deal available. I locagted a car on an internet search which matched my goals - used, certified and low mileage. I sent an e-mail describing my interest and also describing a need to trade in a used Porsche Boxter S. I goals - used, certified and low mileage. I sent an e-mail describing my interest and also describing a need to trade in a used Porsche Boxter S. I received a prompt response and the initial trade value offer was what I considered a valid offer. We negotiated a little more trade value and based on the condtion and features offered on the used BMW I agreed to make the purchase. I am a resident of Michigan so I had to drive the traded car to the dealership and finish the purchase. When I arrived and reviewed the car it was exactly as offered and two people were made happy - Ganley because they sold a car and me because I found the car I wanted in the condition I needed. More

Recently Jerry Mancini worked with me to purchase a Certified 650i coupe and made my experience pleasant , efficient and fun ; Jerry's style is very calm , helpful and effective . When I came to the dealership I was unsure about what kind of car I wanted to buy. I was in the market for something, I just didn't know what. I had been to 8 different dealerships and had looked at al kind of car I wanted to buy. I was in the market for something, I just didn't know what. I had been to 8 different dealerships and had looked at almost every type of car, but not one salesman came to greet me in the lot until I went to Ganley BMW. Jerry Mancini came right out and we walked the lot and he took the time to figure out what I was looking for. There were two different options I was looking at and Jerry was right there with me during both test drives to help explain all the features the cars were equipped with. Jerry even had the decency to grab an umbrella for me because it was raining. Fred gave me a great deal and all in all I was so impressed by how honest and persistent Larry was. He was a great listener and made sure I was happy when I left. I will buy again from this dealership. Just as the BMW is the ultimate driving machine you also have the ultimate people working for you. Thanks again Ganley BMW. More

I purchased one car from here and had a great experience with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they wer with it. So when I saw the new F30 3 series, I knew I was going to get another one here. I worked with the same Client Advisor as before and they were informative, responsive, and not pushy. He was willing to "go to bat for me" when it came to negotiating and we worked out a great price. I even felt comfortable recommending my mom to Ganley for a SUV/SAV she was looking at. While she will most likely go domestic, she liked the experience as well. Overall, great dealership and I have had no issues with their service department either. Being in marketing, I also appreciate their social media efforts and hope to see that program blossom a bit and really enhance the customer interaction with the dealership. Do yourself a favor and go visit, test drive one of these machines and just drive! More
