Jerry Mancini was recommended to us. We called for an appointment, he quickly returned our call. When we arrived at the dealership, he welcomed us graciously, as well as other employees. Our experience was unbelievably pleasant and successful as I was able to purchase my first BMW (Certified Pre-Owned), a dream I have had for many years. Every employee from beginning to the end, choosing a car, the test drive, the application process, the financing process, and delivery was exceptional. We even encountered an issue with the car after getting it home and Mr. Mancini helped me expeditiously resolve the issue through the Service Dept. and having my car delivered back to me in a timely manner. Mr. Mancini has called me several times to follow up with me and to be sure everything is going well with my car, he has been more than gracious with his time and expertise. As well, Bill Kenney, Parts & Service Director, called me to follow up re my service experience and also offered his cell for me to contact him any time. Our overall experience at Ganley BMW was and continues to be exceptional. I wish Mr. Mancini much continued success. More

Through an advertisment in the Sunday Plain Dealer, we found the used vehicle we wanted. I called Ganley Ganly BMW in Middleburgh Hts, OH and Jerry Mancini took my call. He was very patient and let me take my time to make my decision. Since I live about an hour away a lot our correspondence took place by phone and the internet. He gave me a fair price on trade for my vehicle . He worked with his superiors to give me the best deal he could on the price of my desired vehicle. It is a 2010, BMW hardtop convertible. When I got it home, we noticed a crack in the windshield. It was very difficult to see. I called Jerry, He asked me to bring it in. They looked it over, and replaced it for me, and provided a loaner BMW so that I would not be inconvenienced. The service department could not have been more helpful. Purchasing that convertible and working with Jerry and the staff at Ganley was a pleasant experience.. More

Jerry Mancini was the perfect salesman! He was very knowledgeable about the car and didn't pressure me. He and his boss were very fair with my trade and we made a deal. Drove 150 miles to purchase an x3 at Ganley because of the price, but I couldn't be happier with their service. Jerry Mancini was a pleasure to deal with, and the car has been well worth the drive. They handeled our out of state registration and tags for us. Nice to deal with a dealership that I felt gave a great price and service. If you are an out of state buyer and are worried about not seeing the car prior to arrival mine was just as advertised. I saved much more than the gas it cost to drive their and back, and the staff was great to work with. It was worth the drive from Michigan and will do it again to avoid having to deal with the dishonest salesman at a not to be named West Bloomfield dealership. Thanks Jason More

We had a great experience with Ganley BMW and our salesman Jerry Mancini. We came up from Mansfield on a very snowy day and they were very accommodating . There was no pressure at all and he was so helpful in all our questions in our first BMW purchase. We had called ahead and told him we were coming and what car we were interested in and they had it pulled in a warm bay for us to look at it when we got there. The BMW financing for a pre owned vehicle was amazing. The interest rate was lower than a new car rate! It was a pleasant surprise. Then to top it off they treated us to a wonderful lunch whiles they detailed the car so that we could take it home that day and not have to drive back up. I can't thank Jerry enough.. We were so impressed by his calmness and experience and expertise that we know we made a good choice. We love our new car! More

Recently completed an out of state purchase of a 535i CPO vehicle from Ganley and wanted to share with all the great experience from start to finish. In mid January was doing an extensive internet search vehicle from Ganley and wanted to share with all the great experience from start to finish. In mid January was doing an extensive internet search for a low mile 5 series. Ganley had a car that met almost all my criteria. Contacted Ganley via e mail and within 24 hours received a response and a follow up call from Jerry Mancini. Another buyer had been at the dealership a few days earlier and was told by Jerry that it was unlikely the car would be available. Jerry took a lot of time with me on the phone to understand what I was looking for, etc. I asked Jerry to keep in touch if the situation changed, it did and the following week we completed the sales transaction with some great assistance from both Fred Palmer and Mike Hall. Having owned / leased over 10 BMW's in the past 15 years, have had an great deal of experience working with BMW dealerships / sales consultants. This was my first out of state purchase of a BMW sight unseen. Jerry and team worked on making the transaction as effortless and smooth as possible. The car shipped this last week and upon arrival it was in outstanding condition with all representations around it excellent condition exactly as stated. I could not be more pleased with the end to end experience that Jerry and Ganley delivered on this transaction. I will be sure to be recommending Ganley and look forward to doing addtional business with them in the future. They are a great team and made this transaction a superb experience. More

I started car shopping on the 10th of January. As I was searching I found Ganley BMW on Autotrader.com with an amazing deal on a brand new 2012 328i that met my check list to the T. I called on the 15th o searching I found Ganley BMW on Autotrader.com with an amazing deal on a brand new 2012 328i that met my check list to the T. I called on the 15th of January to descuss the car and my car for trade. They gave me a very good price for trade in, no hassle at all once I arrived on the 19th of January and the deal was settled that day. Overall they were very quick with getting the process started and finished, very profesional, friendly, and much more helpful then any other dealer I've ever dealed with in the past when it came to getting know they new car I was purchasing. There is no doubt in my mind that they (Ganley BMW) will be my first call when it comes to trading up again. More

He took all the time I needed going over the car, answering every question I had. Fred Palmer, the certified gm, came up and introduced himself- I was very impressed. When the purchase was completed Mr. Palmer again came up to me and thanked me for my business. I've called Jerry a couple of times with(stupid)questions and he's always so nice and accomodating. It's been a total pleasure buying a car at Ganley BMW. More
