From the time we stepped onto the lot and met Jerry Mancini we had a good feeling about our choice of dealerships. 24 hours later as we drove off in our 3 Series purchase we knew we had come to the rig Mancini we had a good feeling about our choice of dealerships. 24 hours later as we drove off in our 3 Series purchase we knew we had come to the right place. By far the Ganley experience was the best I have ever had and this was not my first BMW purchase. While the dealership pricing and web site is what got me to call it was Jerry's efforts and manor of handlin and this was not my first BMW purchase. While the dealership pricing and web site is what got me to call it was Jerry's efforts and manor of handling this sale that will keep me coming back only to him and Ganley. Mike was fantastic as well in financing, and I appreciate their professionalism and personal touch!!! Great experience and a great car, thank you, much appreciated! More

My husband and I were easily able to view the pre-owned selection via Ganley's website. When we called Shawn, we knew exactly which car we wanted to test drive. Shawn was unavailable the day we came in, bu selection via Ganley's website. When we called Shawn, we knew exactly which car we wanted to test drive. Shawn was unavailable the day we came in, but Jerry took care of us exceptionally well. As a side note-- it was a cold, blustery afternoon and after we arrived the pre-owned salesroom became swamped with customers. Jerry handled everything with patience and ease. There was no pressure selling at any time. At one point, Adam Moon, GSM, assisted us as well (paperwork). He, also, was very professional. On the day we came to pick up the car, Mike Hall (financing) was suffering a very bad cold but was able to treat us very professionally and did not pressure sell the financing extras. If there is anything at all to 'complain' about it was that the car should have been detailed more thoroughly-- it was not swept out or dusted when I drove it home. Aside from this small item, we are very happy that we purchased from Ganley! More

Very good experience both in the sales and service departments.Did end up buying a car, pretty easy going, got what I came for and am very pleased with my decision. I would recommend to my friends. In person the dealership looked great and all cars were attractive and clean. The paperwork glitch was a non-event and the car overview was thorough and well-paced. Looking back there was no dread or frustration like past auto purchases. Everything a purchase should be - smooth. More

I recently purchased a 2011 535i M Sport from Jerry Mancini and it was a great experience. I live in Miami and making a purchase of this size with a dealership over 1000 miles away can be a challenge. Mancini and it was a great experience.
