Hello, my name is Jerry Patterson and I am the New Car Director and CarProUSA Certified Manager. I have worked for Toyota for over 20 years and in the industry for 28 years overall. Many would introduce me as honest and transparent, which is exactly what we give here at Freeman Toyota. I work along side our sales staff to ensure the absolute best customer service is provided to each and every guest. My motto is, "I never worry about the problem. I worry about the solution," because there is not an issue I won't work hard to fix.

Joseph, my car sales person was excellent. Very helpful. I’ve worked with them for a year and a half. He’s been great every time I came in and get an oil changed. I looked at a new Toyotas for a year and half. I came in to get my Toyota Camry service. My tires rotated and a new battery. I came in early 30 minutes early and looked at a new Tacoma. I saw the perfect one the bronze brown color and Joseph helped me. He was great.i love it More

I was frustrated by not having a detailed list of options included in my vehicle’s “convenience package”, which led to some anxiety and buyer’s remorse. I had an amazing experience at Freeman Toyota. I spoke to the dealership on Saturday afternoon and flew out from Nashville that evening. They met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership. Since I did all of the paperwork while on the flight it took me less than 20 minutes before we were finished and I was on my way back. Even though the distance was significant, I will definitely go back to buy my next vehicle. More
