Hello, my name is Jerry Patterson and I am the New Car Director and CarProUSA Certified Manager. I have worked for Toyota for over 20 years and in the industry for 28 years overall. Many would introduce me as honest and transparent, which is exactly what we give here at Freeman Toyota. I work along side our sales staff to ensure the absolute best customer service is provided to each and every guest. My motto is, "I never worry about the problem. Wonderful experience working with Maverick, not to mention it was entertaining as well. He and Jerry went out of their way to find the exact truck we wanted. Joseph, my car sales person was excellent. Very helpful. I’ve worked with them for a year and a half. He’s been great every time I came in and get an oil changed. I was frustrated by not having a detailed list of options included in my vehicle’s “convenience package”, which led to some anxiety and buyer’s remorse.
