The sales team are outstanding This is our second vehicle purchase with Bill Delord Cadillac. Tim Long our sales executive was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the right v This is our second vehicle purchase with Bill Delord Cadillac. Tim Long our sales executive was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the right vehicle for my wife and me. My original thought was either and SRX or an XT5 but after working with the 2 of us helped us settle in on a CTS-4. The rest of the team starting at Bill Delord to General Manager Jerry Perrow worked to put together a very compelling deal and made us feel like we were the most important customer they have. Frank Lambert helped us get the best price possible for our trade-in. As with my previous experience with this group of professionals Steve Butsch got us the best financing available and made the financing and deal closure super simple. Outstanding Dealer and good to work wih. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer and they have been great to work with in all cases. The salesmen are friendly and they know the products. When you have a problem, they go out of their way to solve it. Cars are becoming very complex and they have so many options you can get. If you have a problem understanding all these options and how they work and how you get them to work, the salesmen, sales manager, finance person and even the owner will help you even if it takes a lot of time. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. More

Best car buying experience ever I have purchased new cars from a couple different dealerships in Dayton. I also started shopping for my most recent GMC Yukon XL Denali in Dayton, bu I have purchased new cars from a couple different dealerships in Dayton. I also started shopping for my most recent GMC Yukon XL Denali in Dayton, but after being quickly turned off by that dealership's attempted high pressure sales tactics and low ball trade-in offer, I decided to locate another dealership, that being Bill DeLord in Lebanon, OH. Not only did this become my best car buying experience ever, everyone I dealt with and met at this dealership were the most friendly, professional and honest people I have dealt with. There was no pressure whatsoever. They were very knowledgeable and very informative. They really treated me like part of their family from the first time I entered their facility. I was even greeted by Bill DeLord himself. My salesman was Frank Lambert and he was great. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the Dayton or Cincinnati market. More

Better than I could have ever imagined This was my 5th new GM vehicle since '99. 1st time ever dealing w/ DeLord GMC. I thought I had a deal already done (w/ a GMC dealer in Dayton, OH). This was my 5th new GM vehicle since '99. 1st time ever dealing w/ DeLord GMC. I thought I had a deal already done (w/ a GMC dealer in Dayton, OH). Come to find out, after the deal had already been "done" so I thought (via phone & emails). When I went down to sign the deal, my payments had jumped up $55 a month...? So, I "thanked" them for their trouble...I came home & started to look for other GMC dealers (around Springboro, Ohio) & came across DeLord GMC. Called in & spoke to a Sales Consultant by the name of Redi. W/N 2 hours of 1st contacting him, we had a deal done! The same Acadia SLT-1 as the other dealership, exactly the "same deal" etc. For $40 LESS a month!!!! I'm glad the "other dealership" failed to earn my business. It led me to Bill DeLord GMC & Redi. Just a Great Overall Experience! From Redi, to Jerry, to Steve Butch (the finance guy) & the young gun that cleaned my new Acadia for me. ALL just a professional & polite as the next. This was by far the most easy and best car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought several vehicles in my lifetime. Ron went above and beyond to make my truck buying experience enjoyable instead of a battle about price. The finance people were just as pleasant and helpful. They actually found me a better interest rate than any of the other dealerships I had dealt with. They also gave me more for my trade in than any other dealer. The owner, Bill DeLord, actually came over and shook my hand and thanked me for buying from his dealership. Thanks Ron and to the whole Bill DeLord family that help me. Two Cars and a Lot of Debt. I feel Bill DeLord tries to satisfy his customers, but his sales staff has first crack at everyone. It is the sales staff I have my concerns. I feel t I feel Bill DeLord tries to satisfy his customers, but his sales staff has first crack at everyone. It is the sales staff I have my concerns. I feel that they manipulated me twice when I bought a 2007 Cadillac DTS, and then when the called me back to give me a deal on a new 2013 Buick Verano. We agreed on one thing and they changed it at the time to sign the purchase contract. The final cost was always higher than I thought it would be. A $13,900 2007 Cadillac DTS turned out to cost an $18,000.00 +. When they called me to come back in and let them make a deal on the 2013 Buick Verano , the price was discounted to $22,500.00, turned out to cost $28,000.00 +. After putting up $3655.00 in cash down payment, I still owe $22,000+. They kept telling me that were giving a good me a deal. The total cost to me for the two cars was over $40,000 but my actual costs were $31,000. I still have 72 payments at $307.00. That is 6 years of payments at ca.$3690.00. More
