The least stressful buying experience I have ever had! I am beyond pleased with my experience at Volkswagen of Amarillo. Three of my four children accompanied this trip to test drive the 2014 Ford Expedit I am beyond pleased with my experience at Volkswagen of Amarillo. Three of my four children accompanied this trip to test drive the 2014 Ford Expedition I had been looking at online for a bit. I drove the vehicle with Jerry, he was very kind and patient. After our drive I left, he did some math on my current vehicle, called me with an offer, before I agreed I wanted to test drive the vehicle again, Jerry again was so patient, he even drove the vehicle for me while I road in the back with my kids to see how smooth it was, whether all the vents worked etc... just everything in general, down to testing the 4 wheel drive, he not once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or pushed me to just get the vehicle. After our second test drive it was time for the "dreaded" negotiations. This was cake, we spoke we negotiated a bit and we agreed, I was in and out in less than 2 hours. With 4 kiddos having a DVD is essential, or in my mind it is. Jerry priced some and set up the installation as well, he bent over backwards accommodating our needs and I am very grateful. P.s. they also had snacks and soda available with some TV's so my kiddos were all about it. More
