The new car manager and our salesman were really easy to work with. Of course, the product they sell is amazing. We bought our first VW, a Passat, in 2016 and was amazed at the ride and performance of the car (turbo charged 4 cylinder). Unfortunately, we totaled the car in late 2017 and with no hesitation, purchased another VW, this time a 2018 Tiguan. (By the way, the wrecked Passat saved the life of my wife as the car's front end was virtually gone, but she sustained only bruises.) Street Volkswagen's service is first class with highly skilled techs and high-end technology. I would most definitely recommend this fine dealership for your next vehicle purchase. More

Picky driver My husband found 2 cars that I could possibly use. I am very picky. He worked with one guy the first time he went then the next day we talked to Jerr My husband found 2 cars that I could possibly use. I am very picky. He worked with one guy the first time he went then the next day we talked to Jerry because first guy was off. He gave us info and I said I would drive next day. When I got there I told Jerry I could go and drive the car ( we had to work around my medicine) and Jerry was helping after that. I told my husband about Jerry letting me drive by myself (which he had many others ask why he did that - he told them I asked for it) I appreciated it since I don't like others with me. So I told my husband about me driving it and it was ok. He had already talked to Jerry about an amount and Jerry was about $1000.00 higher than he wanted but I did not want to do any more and I asked if he would come up $500. He said no but could meet me half way. We said ok and would came in in the morning and signed papers. We did and took car home. Before going home Ashley and Jerry went over a lot of things on how to use all the things inside and out side car. When I drove poor Jerry had to come out 3 times to change mirrors, turn on music, and show me lights. Ashley took a half hour or more the first time and then when I came back her and the technicians fixed my fob and other things and Ashley took another half hour explaining more. Then I came to do this review and could not get it to work. Jerry tried helping but I went into a chat and they told me another person would call and Andrew called with in 10 minutes and here I am. I don't usually go with my husband to buy cars but my disease has progressed so much I have to be very careful on where I sit and what I can see so this was ok. I think the doctor will agree with our choice. More
