Excellent sales staff. Have you ever had a new car salesperson who couldn't answer questions about the car they were trying to sell you. I have- but this was NOT my experience at StreetVW. Jerry Ripley and Sammy Silva both were very familiar with the various Atlas trim packages and options. They could demonstrate many features that I didn't even know existed. One or the other of them was always available to meet me at our agreed time. They did not make me feel rushed which is good because I do not rush into a major purchase like this. The final paperwork was easy to follow. And then Creed Baer, the VW tech genius, took me through the steps to personalize everything and showed me yet more cool features. He offered to help me later if needed and I believe he would be glad to do so. His enthusiasm about the Atlas was contagious. Purchasing my Atlas at Street VW was an excellent experience from start to finish. Then I left with a full tank of gas and a freshly washed vehicle. Nice!! More

From the purchase of our new Atlas CrossSport to the delivery of or new vehicle, everyone at Street Volkswagen was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We also know that the service dept is second to delivery of or new vehicle, everyone at Street Volkswagen was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. We also know that the service dept is second to none from two previous vehicles purchased from Street VW, so we have no worries when it comes to having our Atlas serviced. Jerry Ripley has sold us all three of our VW's, Shane was helpful as usual, Joel was very knowledgeable with our financing, and Julio was very helpful in the delivery (showing all of the features the car has). Our new CrossSport is white with black accents along the bottom of each side; we had the roof top wrapped in black and added black powder-coated wheels for a great sporty look. The car is amazing to drive, nimble, responsive, and powerful. The interior is beautiful and the amenities plentiful. We love our new Atlas CrossSport and we loved the great experience we had with Street Volkswagen of Amarillo, TX! More
