Nice people but very unorganized. Went in for a recall part. Said on the recall letter it would take roughly an hour. Made a 9:00 appt. 2 hrs later still not started..2/1/2hrs later they finished. Not that many cars there so I couldn’t figure out that reasoning/excuse. Even though I had a 9:00 appt didnt mean they would work on it at 9.... it was just a time slot. Transmission slipping. Diagnostics determined transmission trash. Called corporate, no help; Car has 150,000 miles. Warranty only good up to 100,000.
