I couldn't be happier I brought my Forester in for two recalls Friday morning, and had planned to wait for it, but the recalls would have taken too long to fix, and there w I brought my Forester in for two recalls Friday morning, and had planned to wait for it, but the recalls would have taken too long to fix, and there were many cars there for service. I was given a rental paid by Subaru, and it looked like my car would not be ready until Monday at the earliest. I mentioned that I am not comfortable driving a car that I'm not used to. Later in the day on Friday, I received a phone call that my Subaru would be ready by the next day, and that I would receive a call in the morning when I would be able to pick it up. I couldn't be happier. That is great service, and the people at Tom Woods are just the nicest. More

Purchased a gently used car Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions with the ease of someone who knows his product inside and out. Safety and Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions with the ease of someone who knows his product inside and out. Safety and reliability was our first concern with regards to purchasing this car, and the Subaru brand is known for both. He has been working in the industry for years and that helped us to feel confident about the car. No hard selling. He listened and seemed genuinely concerned with meeting our needs. 🙏 Mike! We wanted to speak with someone in the Service department. Jerry Williams, the Service Dept. manager, was very professional and took time to answer our questions regarding the maintenance and reliability of the Legacy. 🙏 Jerry! More
