I was thankful when I brought my car in for an oil change that they discovered the rodent damage, however the part they needed took a month to arrive so I was without a car for that time because they did not that they discovered the rodent damage, however the part they needed took a month to arrive so I was without a car for that time because they did not offer a loaner car. They also did not offer me any type of discount for any services because "the damage wasn't their fault." While the damage wasn't their fault, it was ridiculous that the part took a month to arrive and there was not even a thought of providing me a discount for making me carless for an entire month which was a huge inconvenience on my life. More

The service was professional and friendly. My vehicle was checked in promptly and I was able to view the mechanic’s inspection on my phone. Totally satisfied with the experience. Oil change and system updates shouldn’t take 2. 5 hours. Or a heads up about the time involved would have been nice. I sent 2 emails, filled out the online parts request 3 times. I also phoned 5 times over 4 days, with no answer in parts department. Later I left a message with the receptionist who told me she would get times. I also phoned 5 times over 4 days, with no answer in parts department. Later I left a message with the receptionist who told me she would get the message to the parts department. 7 days later and I have not heard a word from parts department! Done with this dealership. On another note the recall on my ev6 was handled professionally. More
