Jesse is incredibly knowledgable about the cars he sells, he's an excellent listener, his patience was amazing as he had to test drive several cars with me and provide answers to many questions, and his personality is a special bonus! Jesse wasn't pushy because he doesn't have to be - you can tell he really believes in what he's selling. His admiration and kind words toward his fellow employees and the management made it an even bigger pleasure to work with him. Car salesman have always been tough for me and I had been to several dealerships prior to heading to Manly Honda - it's the only place we will buy our cars in the future! More

Better than expected! Outstanding experience. I feel that I really lucked out with the down-to-earth, kind and professional customer service provided by Jesse Broadway. I'm female and over 50, and I feel that I really lucked out with the down-to-earth, kind and professional customer service provided by Jesse Broadway. I'm female and over 50, and was shopping on my own. Mind you, I did my research and pretty much knew what I was doing, after many test-drives with other makes/models, but still, buying a new car on my own was a little daunting. Jesse thoroughly explained all the features of the HR-V I was looking at, and I felt comfortable and did not feel any pressure. I also appreciated the care & interest provided by Jesse, who showed me all the digital features and also addressed a concern I had after purchasing the car. The showroom and guest lobby/lounge area was clean and comfortable. I would recommend Manly to a friend or family member. I am happy with my purchase and the entire experience. More

9/10, Great Customer Service and Environment I had visited Manly a few times in my car search (both because they seem to have the most competitive pricing and biggest inventory in the area) where I had visited Manly a few times in my car search (both because they seem to have the most competitive pricing and biggest inventory in the area) where I dealt mostly with Jessie Broadway and Mark Flasdeth. I contacted Mark about a car I was interested in. The car sold before I had a chance to move on it but Mark kept me in mind and contacted me weeks later when a similar car became available. I ended up getting a completely different car, but i was impressed with the customer service. He was very helpful with all my questions and helped me feel confident in my decision by offering an unbeatable price and was a huge reason why I really wanted to buy through Manly. True stand-up customer service and extremely nice people all around in a pressure-free environment. I wish they would have made a small fix on the door handle but everything else was very well done and that's the only reason I give them a star off for quality. They did clean the car and offer me touch-up paint though so that was a plus. Will be returning to Manly in the future for sure and look forward to work with Mark and Jessie again! More
