Purchased a used car with my daughter. My daughter found the perfect car on Carfax. It happened to be a Manly Honda. I went in to see it an was greeted by a salesman, Jesse Broadway. I immediately let him know that I had a lot of questions and we were waiting for an insurance settlement so I was not interested in high pressure sales. Jesse treated me well and answered all of my questions. I went back with my daughter to drive the car and decided to purchase it. I was then greeted by Brian Chock who made us feel very comfortable through the whole process. Between the two of them the deal went very smoothly. My daughter is now driving her dream car. More

First Dealership experience This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I had done my homework, read reviews and shopped online for the car that I wanted. Wh This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I had done my homework, read reviews and shopped online for the car that I wanted. When I arrived I was met by Jesse Broadway, my scheduled sales rep, and together we started to put together my ideal vehicle. Jesse was professional, honest, and upfront about the vehicles I test drove. He did not pressure me into making any decisions, or push a car on me that didn't match what I was looking for. When I made my decision on a 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport, Jesse took care of everything. When I was in finance with Dave Sambad he calmly and professionally explained every step and every piece of paper that needed signing. Cracking jokes and dealing with Dave was the cherry on top of my experience with Manly. I was very happy with the customer service that I received and can see myself being a customer of Manly Honda for years to come. More

I thought it would mostly be a simple matter of getting acquainted with details of the car and then paying for it. But, despite the fact that this was the 4th car we have purchased from Manly, we had to painstakingly have all our details entered into the computer and wait around for an hour and a half before actually paying for the car and learning details. It was a three and a half hour event that should have taken half that time. More

Amazing dealer!! I came off strong and he stayed awesome. Jesse is an a amazing dealer. I will not call him a sales asscoiate due to that fact I despise sales personal. Couldn't have asked for better service!! We bought out Honda Odyssey here 16 years ago and finally decided that it was time for an upgrade. The service here was amazing. Jesse Broadway is the first person I met at Manly Honda on the Memorial Day. I told him my plan is to come here to buy the used 2014 Honda Odyssey in specific model and color, but that model I was interested in was sold in the same day morning. Anyway, I told Jesse I don't mind to buy a new odyssey if there is a good promotion. Jesse was nice and paitient, he works with me to get the best price for a 2016 Honda Odyssey. I am happy with the price and the service he provided. More
