He was pleasant, efficient and told me all about the Forester without pressuring me in regard to a purchase. From the time I entered the building on Thursday My experience in purchasing a new 2018 Subaru Outback at Gerald Subaru of Naperville was outstanding. From the time I entered the building on Thursday evening, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any assistance or a beverage to drink. Jesse and I got to work right away and he provided me with the information I had requested in advance. He grabbed some car keys and we went out to look at some cars. I was very impressed with Jesse and the knowledge he had of the Subaru Car Brand. He was great to work with during this experience and I would definitely refer others to this Dealership and Jesse. I was happy to join the Subaru Family and now we have to cars in the family. My daughter bought a Forester last year. More
