Excellence personified I had dings in my bumper. I brought in my car to have it assessed. I was told that I could have a new bumper in a matter of days with only a 40 minute I had dings in my bumper. I brought in my car to have it assessed. I was told that I could have a new bumper in a matter of days with only a 40 minute wait for installation. I was extremely thrilled at the efficiency and also the cost. Owning a Lexus is the best decision I have ever made regarding a car purchase. I will drive nothing else ever again. More

25000 mile check up When I arrived at the service drive-thru, I was greeted promptly. I proceeded to the office of my service contact. My service contact was busy with another client, so I waited outside the office. I waited about 10 minutes, which I didn't mind, but I was never acknowledged during this time by my service contact or any one of the service personnel that were coming and going out of the outside door. When it was my turn with my service contact, I had very good service and was taken care of by "Lexus standards". More
