We were treated like valued customers from the beginning. Jesse listened to our concerns carefully and with respect. His handling of our specific situation was complete and thorough. Every attempt was made to research our problem and contact all levels of Subaru, even extending beyond this dealership. Jesse's level of professionalism and follow through is outstanding. What a welcome difference in today's business world! We are very impressed with Tucson Subaru and the entire staff and look forward to having our 2017 Outback here for all future needs. More

Disappointed twice. Disappointed twice!. Took my 2015 Forester in for its 30,000 mike service on Monday Sept 11th. My odometer read 25,220, but I was notified that th Disappointed twice!. Took my 2015 Forester in for its 30,000 mike service on Monday Sept 11th. My odometer read 25,220, but I was notified that the service was due. My first disappointment with Tucson Subaru was that I was given a loaner car, a 2017, Impreza, that was extremely dirty; including the front windshield. I'm 82 years old and have not driven a dirty car since I was sixteen; especially not since 1998 when I first started driving Subaru's. It was a really bad look, in my opinion, in that the dirty loaner had "Tucson Subaru Complimentary Car" on both sides. I can't believe Rocky allows the cars on the sales lot to be shown that dirty. Why then a dirty loaner to a faithful customer? Alright. I left the car for servicing. When it was mostly done I was called by the service department to let me know the cabin filter needed to be changed. "It's dirty.", I was informed. The only problem with that was my glove compartment was locked and the service department could not have known the cabin filter was dirty. Now, I'll buy the fact that the cabin filter replacement is probably a part of the 30,000 mile service. But, don't tell me it's dirty when that fact can't be verified until I unlock the glove box.That was my second disappointment. I don't like to be conned. Having said that, my 25 word minimum is this: My Forester was serviced quickly and efficiently and I am sure the Tucson Subaru Service Department did a good job. More

Amazing Subaru Dealer!!! Tucson Subaru is the best! I just moved out to Tucson for school and wanted to have remote start installed in my Outback because of the heat. Listen to my concerns! The service team listened to my concern after a 10-minute discussion regarding the cost of replacing a switch in a 2015 Forrester. Thank you Subaru Tucson I was looking to buy my second Subaru and Ken Murch made it an easy, low pressure experience. I wasn't sure which model I wanted and which was the bes I was looking to buy my second Subaru and Ken Murch made it an easy, low pressure experience.
