First service of my new ride: 2013 OUTBACK Scheduled the service when I purchased my 2013 Outback with the premium upgrade. Arrived at Tucson Subaru and was greeted and ushered in to the Ser Scheduled the service when I purchased my 2013 Outback with the premium upgrade. Arrived at Tucson Subaru and was greeted and ushered in to the Service Department. After a brief wait due to clients being attended to, Jesse inquired into what service was to be performed today. Jesse explained to me what service had been done on my new vehicle prior to being made ready for sale. Kristen was introduced to me and further assisted me in the proper maintenance to be performed and the checks that would be made per my request/inquiry. I was then assisted by Christine for the loaner vehicle. Christine explained all of my responsibilities and pointed out some minor flaws on the exterior of the Legacy 2016, NICE vehicle! Jesse, Kristen and Christine made my first experience a pleasant one. I feel all of my concerns and needs of my vehicle were addressed. I was assisted by a gentleman, please forgive me for not remembering your name, in ordering a dash mat for the Outback. A nice reason to recommend both sales and service at Tucson Subaru More

Curtis Mchenery excelent help for disabled person I have multiple sclerosis and extreme brain fog when tired or stressed. On the day I bought my car I was buying too many add-ons at the end of the d I have multiple sclerosis and extreme brain fog when tired or stressed. On the day I bought my car I was buying too many add-ons at the end of the day. After I had a good nights sleep I wanted to reconsider and Curtis fixed things to my delight through some creative applications. I was very satisfied. I no longer anticipated I had made a too reckless decision in buying a new car. Thanks Curt! I don't feel so disabled if people acccept the fact I do goof sometimes. More
