So when we needed service on our subaru (that we drive back and forth cross country) we opted to go the dealer route and we were not sorry. Tucson Subaru service staff is very pleasant and efficient and they are very good at getting the work done correctly. If you need, they have loaners which is important to us because we only have one car. More

I have been treated well by the service department, sales and finance departments. Joe was very patient with my deliberations and return trips to the dealership. He made sure I retrieved all my possessions from my trade and was very helpful. More

Excellent Service It was our first standard service for our new 2017 Subaru Outback, which was provided in thorough detail— and it was quick and easy to understand. I s It was our first standard service for our new 2017 Subaru Outback, which was provided in thorough detail— and it was quick and easy to understand. I stayed there to do some work and enjoyed some of their lobby amenities. Power and USB ports were easily accessible and I also enjoyed a cup of coffee. The service was completed in about 1.75 hours, which is was what I expected. I was also provided detailed results of the service in a quick and efficient manner. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thanks! More

That increased the delay for completion. However, we were provided with a loaner vehicle which eased the inconvenience of having your own car. WE appreciated that service greatly. Great service and customer care I took my car into Tucson Subaru for a battery. My older one was starting to give out with slow start ups and I was concerned taking it out of town on I took my car into Tucson Subaru for a battery. My older one was starting to give out with slow start ups and I was concerned taking it out of town on vacation. I didn't have an appointment which I usually do whenever i get service. The service advisors are always on the spot to help and Jesse met me as I got out. He listened to my my problem. He gave me a couple options and I decided just to get a new battery. Mine was old and a bit past the mileage. I didn't think it would be covered. He told me it would be about a half hour which was great without an appointment. I grabbed a seat in the lounge and five minutes later he walked over to me and said he had spoke with service manager and they were going to replace it good faith at no charge. I have to say I was surprised. Almost no business now days backs their products like this and no cars I have owned prior to Subaru ever has. This kind of service,quality and care for their customer is why I will never own anything other than a Subaru. Most dealerships just find ways to get more money. The crew at Tucson Subaru went above and beyond to help me keep mine. Outstanding service and customer care. In my opinion the best dealership in Tucson. Twenty minutes later I'm back in my car enjoying my vacation with a brand new battery. Great job team Tucson Subaru!! More
