The tvs in the waiting area are usually too loud. Especially front right near receptionist. Waiting area is also too cold, I always wear a jacket or hoodie. Free water & tea is much appreciated. I like that you now pay your service person instead of going back by the parts dept. Service is fairly quick, prices are getting to be beyond the normal persons pay. Went for an oil change appt and possibly brakes. There were two oil leaks that the tech found doing the inspection. Jesse came back to me and explained the situation and said that he did some rese There were two oil leaks that the tech found doing the inspection. Jesse came back to me and explained the situation and said that he did some research and both leaks were covered under my Toyota factory extended warranty with an included rental! Holy buckets! That never happens! Only needed front brakes also. Got my truck back after a few days and only had to pay for oil and brakes. Awesome service and communication from Jesse and timely repairs from the techs. Thanks Findlay! More

Jesse and his crew found maintenance items that hadn't been done in the 18 years I've owned the car by my previous dealership. Did the diagnosis for $557 that’s too much I’m not happy with that whatever you go it’s way cheaper than that. I pull the car. I didn’t even fix it with Toyota.
