For the quality of work expensive, when I got to my vehicle there was greasy black stuff where technicians stepped in my pickup. When i asked about it the guy was like well what do you want me to do? I vehicle there was greasy black stuff where technicians stepped in my pickup. When i asked about it the guy was like well what do you want me to do? I said clean it up. He got a dry rag and smeared it into my floors. When his boss came out he took took it very reluctantly back to clean with (chemicals) when he came back it was still blackened smeared look but I left, I was done wasting time with them. More

No communication. Poor customer service. I had to call them back to check on a light they broke, then they couldn't be bothered to call me when it came in. I had to ca Poor customer service. My brand new vehicle was missing a clip with the mud flap stub hanging by one clip and they said they had to order the part- then called the next morning and said it had arrived. I am still on a waiting list for keypad entry because they failed to mention they were not available when i made my purchase. WILL NOT RECOMMEND. More

Signing up for an appointment is very easy; the quick lane is a nice feature of this dealership. Wait times are usually not too bad.
