I was looking for a new car and had already been to one other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled wit other car lot before my daughter introduced me to Junior Hammond, the same salesman that helped put her in a new car a year ago, and was thrilled with his whole approach. He was very friendly, knowledgable and not at all "pushy" compared to the other car lot. He answered all of my questions and showed me everything about the car. He introduced me to Todd Jacquey who was also very helpful! They both showed me my options and found the best interest rate to keep my payments right where I wanted them. They both knew I was not taking the car home that day and did not try to push me into anything. I called the next business day to tell them I wanted the car! We made arrangements to close the deal when it was convenient for me. George Brothers was the one to close the deal and also informed me of other options that O'Daniel offers. He did not push those on me either as they would have raised my monthly payment. I was also introduced to Jesse Moore the service manager. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the service department. I love the fact that they will pick up my car from work and deliver it back to me so I do not have to take time off from work for service and routine maintenance. Jesse made me feel very comfortable with putting my trust in the service department. It was a pleasurable experience from the start to the end. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I do have to admit that I had high expectations before I went due to the service my daughter received and still receives. She has been dealing with O'Daniel for the past 13 years and states that she feels like family. I am now happy to say that I am part of the "family" as well. Thanks again for the Excellent service!! We were met by Russ when we arrived and he was very helpful, pulling up a used car for us instead of walking all over the lot on a cold windy day. We examined 2 different vehicles and decided to return the following day to test drive the 2 cars. We ultimatedly decided to make an offer for a car and received a good price which we accepted. Russ was knowledgeable on the cars available and helpful throughout the process. We also met Jess, service manager during our visit. When a question arose after we were home Jess returrned our car and answered the question. We would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to our friends. More

I purchased my first O'Daniel car many years ago. Although the salesman is no longer with us, I have stayed with O'Daniel for all my car purchases. Russ continued to work with me until he found the pickup truck that I have been looking for these many months. Now, its up to Jesse, Tim, John and the rest of the guys in Service to keep me smiling. Everything started off with me just kind of vaguely curious when I pulled into the lot. I had a terrible car that barely worked and a firm belief that my empty pockets would forever block my ability to curious when I pulled into the lot. Much to my absolute surprise Ryan approached me but didn't run away the first time I mentioned despite my new job I didn't think I could get a loan. I honestly was thinking to myself "didnt he just hear me? I have no chance..." But he stuck with me. Answered all my questions about the 2004 Pontiac Grand Am I was interested in. We talked for 45 minutes and he did a fantastic job making it feel like I was talking to a new friend or at the very least not just a salesman but an actual human being! Combine that with how hard he worked to get me financed, the quality and solidity of the cars on the lot, the very top dollar he got me for my trade and the low bottom dollar they offered me for the Grand Am and how could I walk away?? I do believe a small part of it was fate that had that amazing car at that amazing price right there for me to walk up to. But a big part of the reason I have a car I can rely on trust in and completely LOVE driving was the professionalism and quality service given me by Ryan and the other employees at O'Daniel. My last car had me dreading anytime i had to drive, thanks to Ryan's help I got financed and am driving a car that had me loving the road and craving some long flat stretches of wide open road! I'll be at least stopping back to take a look around if ever I am in the market for another ride... But between you and me; I would love to just stay in this ride forever... ;) More
