Matt has been a great low-pressure salesman who always seemed honest and trustworthy with a desire to make sure that I found the right car at the right price. Matt followed up with me on numerous occasions (at my request) to let me know about specials and promotions. I finally purchased and I am very pleased with my purchase of a new CX-5. Excellent Service - Went above and beyond I brought my Mazda in for repair service on June 9th after it being dented by concrete fly-off and received excellent service as usual. Not only did I brought my Mazda in for repair service on June 9th after it being dented by concrete fly-off and received excellent service as usual. Not only did they repair the damage, but they went above and beyond by shuttling me back home to a neighboring city after dropping off the vehicle. They also picked me back up a few days later, once the repairs were completed - All at no charge. Jesse Moore and his staff are highly recommended! More

The first vehicle was used and it wasn't even on the Mazda lot but my salesman, Eric Smith, was dedicated to finding me what I was looking for. Eric got me exactly what I was looking for and then some. For most salesmen, their job is done when the papers are signed but not Eric. No matter what I needed, whether it was an oil change or a rental during repairs, Eric was my go to guy and continued to make sure I always got exactly what I needed. I recently bought a brand new Mazda 6, not because I had specifically wanted one, but because Eric suggested that it would be exactly what I needed. He got me a great deal and sure enough, I love my new car. As many of the staff at O'Daniel know, I am a picky person and can sometimes be difficult to please but Eric always finds a way to get me what I want and I know he would do the same for anyone.
