My name is Jesse Moore. I was born and raised here in Fort Wayne, IN and attended Northside Highschool and Ivy Tech. I came to O’Daniel as part of their acquisition of Poinsette Motors in 1998. I have stayed because they treat their employees as they do their customers, like family. My wife is Jenny and we have 3 boys, Kyle (the oldest), Dylan (the middle), and Tyler (the ornery one). In my free time I love boating, skiing, wakeboarding and snow boarding. I pride myself in my hard work, dedication, and my ability to help our customers with their automobile experience.

Working With The ODaniel Team I have been an ODaniel customer for over a year now, bringing my 2013 Mazda3 into the shop for servicing. I met Jesse Moore there in the service dept I have been an ODaniel customer for over a year now, bringing my 2013 Mazda3 into the shop for servicing. I met Jesse Moore there in the service dept and started a friendship with him. I knew the possibly ODaniel might have some special year end deals so I called Jesse and ask him about that. He had Junior Hammond call me promptly and we set up a meeting for Saturday Dec 31st. I did not know what to expect, but Junior was a gentleman and worked with me in every aspect of our meeting. He got me the things of the deal that were important to me and I walked out of there with a 2017 Mazda3. The entire team I worked with were very efficient and helpful. Todd also went the extra mile and helped me meet my expectations. When I met Dan at the end of my meeting, he helped me see "down the road." We never felt pressured and I believe that Junior made us feel comfortable from the moment we met him. With ODaniel, it is all about the Customer!! I am a customer for life. Ken and Carol More

Service second to none! Have bought 2 Mazdas from Junior. Best experience I have had after buying cars for over 40 years. Recently had a annoying squeak in my CX-5. Jesse and Have bought 2 Mazdas from Junior. Best experience I have had after buying cars for over 40 years. Recently had a annoying squeak in my CX-5. Jesse and Tim went to great lengths to correct the problem with 100% professionalism. Jesse always retuned my calls promptly and listened to my concerns. Ultimately the Shane (technician) was able to identify the problem and corrected the error. Will continue to purchase Mazdas and will continue to HIGHLY recommend Junior,Jesse,Tim and Shane the tech assigned to my servicing needs. More

Amazing experience! My wife and I are expecting a new born and I recently had a job change that allows me to stay at home. So we were looking for an AWD crossover to repl My wife and I are expecting a new born and I recently had a job change that allows me to stay at home. So we were looking for an AWD crossover to replace my wifes Pontiac G6. I had never bought a new car before and the prices seem ridiculous. We had looked at Fords, Acuras, Honda's, Nissan's, and Toyota's and we were really leaning towards a used a Nissan Pathfinder or a Rogue. We wanted something with more power than her Ecotec 4cyl G6. After watching reviews of the Rogue and seeing its lack luster power we were pretty sure we would look for a used a Pathfinder as $48+ for new Pathfinder was out of the question. My wife had mentioned she liked the CX5 so I researched it and found it had great reviews and options and decent power. My friend had owned an Mazda 3 and then replaced it with Ford Fusion after a deer collision. However, his new turbo Ford was getting horrible MPG. So he decided to go look at a Used Mazda 6. Heinrich was his salesman and basically explained that Mazdas hold their value so well he could get into a brand new loaded Mazda 3 for about the same money. Needless to say he went with the new 3. So my wife and I had some time kill in between birthing class and our labor planner so we went to Mazda and test drove a used 2014 CX5 and a loaded 2016.5 CX5. We ran into the exact same situation the brand new car was a better deal than any used CX5. We had zero expectations of buying a vehicle before fall. Heinrich wanted to know what it to take to get us into a car after we asked what financing options they had and what the total cost would be. Even after that we were not going to buy a car that day. However, he happened to have a Demo, that had all the options we wanted and they gave us a fair price. Working with Heinrich, Todd, Dan, and Jesse was seem less, and enjoyable. My wife and I would both recommend the aforementioned individuals if you are in the market for a Mazda. Thanks D+K-S More

Purchase and servicing of new 2016 CX-5. In February of 2016 I decided to trade my CX-9 in for a new CX-5. I talked to Sam Moun and told him exactly what I wanted including the colors and fe In February of 2016 I decided to trade my CX-9 in for a new CX-5. I talked to Sam Moun and told him exactly what I wanted including the colors and features. He worked with me even though he had to locate one in an off-site area. We settled on a price I felt was certainly fair to me and the car was delivered and prepped and delivered the next day. The manager was most helpful, but Sam was the one that I'd had recommended to me by my daughter in law and son, and so I wanted to work with him. A few days after delivery, I had questions - I am elderly and not a techie and had previously driven the same van for 11 years, so needed some coaching to use the great features on the new CX-5. Sam was willing to ride with me to help, and take the time to explain some of the new things to me. So I drove it for about 3 months and then wanted to use the navigation system to take a trip. The system locked up when I entered the new destination, and I was unable to use it for the trip. When I returned, I went to the service area of the dealership to see if they could clear up the problem. I expected it was operator problems, but it turned out it was a glitch in the system that Mazda had a "fix" for and it was done for me immediately. Still had a bit of a problem, so went to Sam Moen again, and he was able to diagnose and complete the update so now it works perfectly. Sam has been so very important to me and my family in our auto needs, and the O'Daniel agency as a whole have treated us , all of us, with only the best of service and care of our vehicles. I would always tell any friends to go there for a car or SUV. Having the kind of immediate attention to any problem I've had in the eleven years of dealing with them, there is no other place I'd recommend. More

A New Car Purchase I just purchased a new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. This is only the second new car I have ever purchased! I have bought used cars - Mazda's - three (3), I just purchased a new Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring. This is only the second new car I have ever purchased! I have bought used cars - Mazda's - three (3), from "my" sales guy, Junior Hammond, and with support from a great dealership team working together. Every time, a great experience, from a greeting, to the delivery. I also have "great" experiences in the service department, and that team too. It is always a seamless experience, and a totally professional atmosphere - right through the follow-up calls to check back. More

We purchased the Mazda CX-5 because our research proved that it was one of the best crossover models available. We purchased them at an Odaniel Mazda due to the positive experience that we have had for many years with the service department at that particular location. In addition to Jesse Moore and the many folks who work for and with him in the service department, I have the utmost respect for Junior Hammond who was our sales person, and was extremely helpful to us throughout the process. While I have known Jesse and Junior for many years, the dealership business manager, Dan Ringenberg rounded out what turned out to be a perfect experience for us. We ended up with two beautiful and efficient vehicles, at what we considered to be a very fair price, and due to our past experiences with the service department, we have no worries regarding the future care of our vehicles.....Thanks to all!
