I took my BMW for service. All the Service Team are super customer service oriented from the moment you drop off the car to the late day evening pickup. A special thank you to Jessie who greeted me and when he saw that all the team members that were handling paperwork were busy, he took on the task himself so I would not have to wait. When I picked up my car that evening, Bryan greeted me, and the team behind the desk who took care of my transaction was still smiling after a long day (I am sorry I do not remember their names but all were very nice).
