The salesman that helped me out (David) was nice and approachable and didn't seem like a snake. He answered all my questions and was polite. However, while driving home and having the chance to get up to 55mph+ I noticed a horrible vibration and the radio did not work. Odd for 2019 Honda Civic. Once home (it was dark now) the interior lights did not work upon exiting the vehicle. Again all odd on a 2019 with just 11K miles. The issues have been resolved but Automax uses some slick shady practices to sell and finance their cars upon further research. As a repeat customer I will never purchase a vehicle from them again. My prior purchase before this one was not that pleasant, but I'm an understanding person that gives people benefit of the doubt. They absolutely took advantage of this. Can't wait to get rid of this vehicle. More

Felipe Calcano was amazing! He welcomed us as soon as we arrived. Introduced himself, and asked if we were looking for anything in particular, stated he would be available if we had any questions. We found the listing online and came to Automax as streamlined as we could. First, they wouldn't accept our bank loan for some unknown previous reason. The car had multiple things that weren't cleaned streamlined as we could. First, they wouldn't accept our bank loan for some unknown previous reason. The car had multiple things that weren't cleaned and since of the armrests were damaged. They wouldn't budge on price despite the damage and nearly $5k over the listed price on random fees. Finally the finance department did their checks for financing the vehicle and it showed up as two separate hard credit checks. More
