From first contact with Jim Ellis, I found the staff to be polite, attentive and helpful. Steven and Jessica were wonderful in helping me get started. But Zoe was exemplary in providing efficient, person be polite, attentive and helpful. Steven and Jessica were wonderful in helping me get started. Great Service I stopped in to try to a VW Atlas as part of a full day of test driving. Jessica was fantastic. She genuinely listened to what our family needed in I stopped in to try to a VW Atlas as part of a full day of test driving. Jessica was fantastic. She genuinely listened to what our family needed in a car and offered just the right amount of information on the car. When we went out for a test drive, she encouraged me to put the car to the test - checking brakes, checking pick-up and power, etc. It was refreshing to have a sale consultant listen to me and our family's needs, as well as encourage me to truly test the car out. It was also great to not be bombarded me with excessive or useless information. She also encouraged me to go to the other dealerships to try out the Pilot, Highlander, etc. to ensure that if I came back for the Atlas it was truly the best car for us. That kind of support for a client will keep us coming back. Jessica is a standout in the car sales market and I hope you come in to see her for your next car - she'll make sure you're in the right vehicle for you. More

So friendly and honest, when she didn't know the answer to a question I had she went above and beyond to answer me with 100% accuracy. That is the kind of service you want! Buying a car is a huge commitment, but having the support and guidance that Jessica provided made it all a wonderful experience. Moving on to the finance with Karl Jiram was also a wonderful experience. He was so helpful, knowledgable and most of all patient. Made me feel like I was making the best decision for me and working together with Jessica I knew I had a great support team.
