When I arrived at Volvo, I went up to one of the associates desks and I was immediately greeted by a warm smile. Jessica introduced herself and asked me what I needed. I explained to her that the si associates desks and I was immediately greeted by a warm smile. Jessica introduced herself and asked me what I needed. I explained to her that the side windshield trim panel was loose. She quickly called one of the technicians who came over right away and secured the side panel right away. The entire interaction took a few minutes. Afterwards, I asked how to adjust the steering wheel and again Jessica immediately helped. The entire experience was great from start to finish. More

The rep saw me standing there and helped me quickly and found a coupon for me since I lost mine. I appreciated that! But I noticed that every other customer there got someone coming up to them to tell them found a coupon for me since I lost mine. I appreciated that!
