Ray Scarpelli Jr. made me feel like I was a brother instead of a customer. The sale was swift, but not hallow, and my 2016 Malibu is nothing short of sexy. Minor issues arose after I got back home TO WISCONSIN with my precious, so I called Ray up. True to his word, my concerns were immediately addressed and l felt genuinely appreciated. Will i return? Ray Chevrolet Service Review I brought one of our company vehicles to Ray Chevrolet to address an issue with grinding brakes. I was quickly helped by a service representative name I brought one of our company vehicles to Ray Chevrolet to address an issue with grinding brakes. I was quickly helped by a service representative named Jessica, who had a technician assess and identify the problem. In very little time Jessica contacted me with the assessment and made arrangements for the work to be completed. The repairs were started right away during which time an additional issue was, fortunately, identified and addressed as well. While the company vehicle was being repaired, my wife’s vehicle suddenly began leaking fluid. I called Jessica for assistance and she promptly made arrangements to have my wife’s car towed from Island Lake to the service center. The problem was identified as the water pump and repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. In addition, Jessica took the time to manage getting the necessary repairs covered by the extended warranty on my wife’s vehicle. Throughout the process, Tom in the parts department made sure the parts needed were available for both vehicles. A courtesy shuttle was provided for us to pick up the vehicles and we were out the door by the afternoon of the same day! What a terrific team Jessica, her service techs, and Tom in the parts department make! They provided a seamless, efficient, high quality professional experience and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They provided an example of what “service” truly means. A big Thank You to the team at Ray Chevrolet. We will definitely be back! Thank you John, @ Ray Chevrolet, for helping us get this out! Great customer service! I drove 2 hours one way too buy a 2012 Ram 1500 from Ray Chevrolet. Very nice truck, on the test drive I noticed a womp, womp sound coming from tires. I didn't think much of it at the time because it wasn't that noticeable. After driving the truck 2 hours home the sound became very annoying. I also found that the passenger side mirror had a crack in the plastic cover that had black tape put on it to cover it up by previous owner. I emailed John Lesniak about the tire and mirror issues. John replied the next day and had me contact the service department to set up an appointment. I was given a loaner vehicle and two days later my truck was ready to go with four new tires and a new replacement side mirror. My cost $0. I would highly recommend to anyone to purchase there next vehicle from Ray Chevrolet. More
