Shawn took excellent care of my car and of me. My car was returned in great shape PLUS Shawn got it vacuumed and washed for me. I use a walker, am 87 years old, and am very unstable on my feet. I had stopped in to refund gap insurance and extended warranty. Told four to six weeks. Never can get to falk to anyone in finance. Call and call and call leave messages no return call .
