Shawn took excellent care of my car and of me. My car was returned in great shape PLUS Shawn got it vacuumed and washed for me. I use a walker, am 87 years old, and am very unstable on my feet. I drove 3 and a half hours up to Erdman Nissan to buy a used truck, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The initial negotiation on the vehicle took some time as we worked through the numbers, but the management team was professional, respectful, and willing to work with me until we met at a fair price that fit my budget. Once we agreed on the deal, the finance department was excellent. They made the entire paperwork process incredibly quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free with zero high-pressure games. Jaime the finance manager was top-notch and was the best finance manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are an out-of-town buyer looking for an honest dealership that isn’t corporate or bought by private equity, and stands by their word, Erdman Nissan is worth the trip. Highly recommended! More

The speed at which we went from top priority to bottom priority the second they had our money left us wondering how a place like this stays open. we saw the signs and gave them the benefit of the doub priority the second they had our money left us wondering how a place like this stays open. we saw the signs and gave them the benefit of the doubt anyway. 9 days into buying from them and it has already been a terrible experience. same old sales tactics, terrible communication, just a typical mega dealership. we are just $$$$ to them. I am dreading the next 4 years we will be tied to them already. More
