I came in for service, with my NV2500 Ice Cream Truck. I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would I was overcharged for the service and charged a Freight fee on an oil change! What a joke! But I figured the next time I come in for service I would show it to them. I would have hoped they would have made an adjustment. I sell to dozens of dealerships so I started to sell to the employees that wanted Ice cream. The next week or two when I came in I was met by a very rude individual asking if I had permission by Mr. Erdman to sell ice cream. I explained no I have never need to ask for permission to sell to any organization nor did any vendor in the 40+ years that I previously worked in that industry. Very rudely I was asked to leave. Needless to say, I would never do business with a company that not only screws you. On top of that wouldn't want to have you do business with them! I don't know who the individual was but I was told to call in to the GM Mike Farrell, I did and left a message but was never called back so I am assuming it was him, that through me out of the dealership parking lot. Sucks because this is the most convenient dealership to me. More

Our family has been going to Erdman Nissan for many years. We just recently purchased our 7th new or used car from the Erdman family of dealerships. Once the vehicle has been purchased, we always use the Erdman service department and appreciate the fact that their associates remain with the department for years, which creates a feeling of trust and understanding. Our most recent purchase was a 2021 Nissan Murano. It is a vehicle that I have wanted for some time and they made it happen for me. Thank you Josh Bowman, Jonathan Reese, and manager Mike. The current situation with inventory created some bumps in the road, but these three worked to see that the obstacles were overcome. More
