Disappointed in the lack of communication. Vehicle dropped off in the morning for service and never heard from my advisor all day. Late afternoon I texted a couple times and left message. Finally I reached the cashier and was told my vehicle would NOT be ready. I was told there were no loaners available. After asking to talk to manager (who was too busy to talk) they found a loaner. Had I been told my car wouldn’t be ready I could have made other arrangements for work but I was blindsided. More
