The service was great. Jessica was very helpful. Unfortunately the dealership was short staffed that day and the next so I had to wait over 2 hours both visits. This was our first time on an Acura dealership lot. We had spent most of our time browsing at Dodge and Honda, but we bought an Acura on the spot when we arrived. Brandon was very helpful from the beginning test drive experience, all the way until the purchase and deal was complete. He even provided his cell phone to ensure that we were satisfied. Since we bought a 2020 Acura MDX late at night, we returned back to get the car detailed. Ken, the manager, and Brandon were both very helpful again, offering water, and picking me up in the golf cart. Pedro the finance guy was super helpful and easy to work with as well.
