Communication is severely lacking. It took several weeks just to get in contact with somebody to schedule an appointment. Once my car was in the shop, I waited all day for a call on th It took several weeks just to get in contact with somebody to schedule an appointment. Once my car was in the shop, I waited all day for a call on the status of my car or a price. Many phone calls and texts with no response. Eventually just showed up towards the end of the day for an answer. They told me my car is just now being looked at and should be done in an hour which it was. More
